During your first visit, we’ll perform a comprehensive oral health assessment. You’ll enjoy our full attention and advanced expertise as we get to know you and your smile.

Your Health

Once we get to know you and your smile, we’ll honestly discuss any issues or concerns you may have. We’ll create a treatment plan together to bring you into optimal oral health.

What to Bring

We’d love for you to bring a few things along for your first visit.

  • Photo ID (such as a valid driver’s license)
  • Insurance card (for those with dental insurance)
  • Questions, concerns, and hopes for your smile

We accept a variety of dental insurances and payment options to fit your budget.

In office savings plan

In our office you are more than a smile to us. We dedicate our time and expertise because we truly value you and want you to receive the best dental care and dental experience available. We understand that everyone’s financial situation is different and we want our dental care to be accessible to everyone. For those without insurance, Bespoke Dental offers an in house savings plan! With your savings plan you get:

  • 2 free exams per year
  • 2 regular cleanings (deep cleanings are not included)
  • Unlimited X-rays
  • 1 emergency exam per year
  • 10% discount on all services
  • No annual maximums, waiting periods, or deductibles

Annual price per person

Healthy Gum Patient: $430.00 per year (12 monthly payments: $35)

Add a household member: $400 per year

Additional household member: $370 per year

Paid in full discount: $365

Your benefits run for as long as you are part of the membership, and are non-transferable to any other party. Unused services expire at the end of the term and cannot be rolled over.
