Preparing your teeth and gums

Tray and whitener pickup
Once your trays arrive at Bespoke Dental, you’ll come in for another visit with Dr. Rask. She’ll give you your trays and a set of professional-grade whitening products to use, as well as instructions on how to whiten your smile safely.
Whiten your smile at home
Most patients will need to whiten their teeth for an hour per day, but Dr. Rask may provide you with a different schedule based on your needs. You’ll start seeing results in just a few days, with maximum brightness after about 2-3 weeks.
